Shipping policy

We ship our products from different locations worldwide, depending on the origin of the products the system offers the different shipping methods for selection.

Courier options – We use a variety of shipping providers such as DHL, UPS, Skynet, Chrono, Correos, GLS, SEUR, TNT, Correos International, Dachser

Service types – depending on location there are door to door, door to point and for larger items there is also a pallet service on certain items.

Pricing – Pricing is calculated at checkout, which are accurate shipping rates based on the customer’s location.

Handling times – items are usually shipped out the next business day, in rare cases it might take 2 days to ship out.

Delivery timeframes – depending on type of service selected shipping times vary from 24hours to about 7 days.

Restrictions - list places that you can’t deliver to (such as PO Boxes or countries where your goods are prohibited). Can also include extended timeframes or additional costs for dangerous goods such as batteries or liquids.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

Please be advised that during Sundays and on any public holiday dates, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
